Jessica Dahan joined Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein LLP in 2018. Her practice is focused on contested matrimonial and family law matters, including all aspects of financial litigation, custody disputes, and post-judgment proceedings. Ms. Dahan received her B.A from George Washington University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Prior to joining BBNS, Ms. Dahan worked at a boutique law firm in New York City, where she exclusively represented clients in matrimonial law matters. Ms. Dahan has also served as an associate with a boutique matrimonial and criminal law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. During law school, Ms. Dahan was a Note Editor on the Public Interest Law Journal, and was a Student Attorney in the Criminal Defenders Clinic, where she successfully petitioned the Supreme Judicial Court to allow an interlocutory appeal to the Appeals Court.
