Jessica Dahan

Jessica Dahan is a partner at Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein LLP and an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who represents clients in complex, high-net-worth, and high-conflict matters. A skilled and strategic litigator, Jessica handles sophisticated divorce and family law cases involving contested custody, significant financial issues, and difficult interpersonal dynamics. She is known for her thoughtful judgment, meticulous preparation, and ability to develop practical, effective strategies tailored to each client and case. Jessica represents clients through every stage of a matrimonial matter, from the earliest strategic decisions through discovery, motion practice, negotiation, settlement, and, when necessary, trial.

While Jessica is a tenacious advocate in litigation, she recognizes that the best result for a client does not always require a courtroom. Jessica joined Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein in 2018 after practicing matrimonial law at boutique firms in New York City and Boston. She received her B.A. from The George Washington University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
