About

Brian is a highly skilled and dedicated family and matrimonial lawyer with extensive experience serving clients in and around New York City, including Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Brian has represented numerous clients in navigating the complexities of divorce proceedings. He is deeply committed to protecting the rights and interests of his clients and is passionate about helping individuals and families through the challenging process of divorce.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2017, where he honed his legal skills and developed a solid foundation in family law. Throughout his legal education, Brian demonstrated exceptional dedication to the practice of family law, having interned as a clerk for a matrimonial judge in Kings County and clerked pre-admission for an established Manhattan matrimonial practice. Brian was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018 and to the New Jersey State Bar in 2021. He has predominately practiced in the area of high net worth family and matrimonial law. He presently serves on the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Families and the Law. Brian was recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star for Family Law in 2021 through 2024 within the New York City Metro Area, a distinction which is bestowed upon only 2.5% of attorneys. He has also been named as a 2024 National Academy of Family Law Attorneys “Top 10 Under 40”.

Brian understands that divorce can be emotionally and financially challenging, and he approaches each case with empathy and sensitivity. He listens attentively to each client’s concerns, helping them make informed decisions while striving to achieve efficient and fair resolutions. While skilled in negotiation and mediation techniques, Brian is also a formidable litigator when litigation becomes necessary to protect his clients' rights and interests.
