Dina S. Kaplan is a partner with Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, and she serves clients throughout Westchester County and the surrounding areas. A highly rated attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience, Ms. Kaplan provides the personalized, compassionate representation her clients need as they work to resolve their conflicts and reach agreements with their partner or spouse regarding sensitive issues relating to child custody, domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse allegations as well as all financial aspects of marital dissolution.
A 1992 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Ms. Kaplan attended Brooklyn Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1995. The New York State Bar Association admitted her to practice in 1996, and in 1995, she was also admitted to practice in Connecticut.
