Michael is a partner at Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein LLP. An experienced litigator and trial attorney practicing exclusively in the field of Matrimonial and Family Law since 1997, Michael has assisted high net worth individuals in navigating difficult matters relating to equitable distribution, child support, spousal maintenance, and contested custody matters with patience, skill, and sensitivity. While his first priority is to resolve matters quickly and expeditiously through skilled negotiation, Michael will not hesitate to proceed to litigation and eventually trial if necessary. Michael has also engaged in oral argument before the Appellate Division, Second Department.

Besides his fellowship in the AAML, Michael was selected as a barrister to the New York Family Law American Inns of Court.
