Reid Bloom is an associate with Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein and is based in the firm’s New York City office.
Ms. Bloom has dedicated her legal career to divorce and family law issues. She is a graduate of New York Law School, where she was a Dean Scholar, and served as the editor of the Family Law Quarterly, and as secretary of the group, Family Attorneys Mobilizing. While at law school, Ms. Bloom also served as an intern and summer associate at some of New York’s most prestigious family law firms. Prior to law school, Ms. Bloom worked as an executive paralegal for another prominent family law firm, and as an intern for another.
At New York University, Ms. Bloom also minored in Child Adolescent Psychopathology, giving her additional insight into the welfare of children during the custody and divorce processes.
Ms. Bloom also served as the President of Teens for Hope (City of Hope), a cancer research organization, and volunteered for three years at the Jewish Guild for the Blind.
