Heather C. Shulman has been working at Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein LLP since May 2012. Ms. Shulman received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in May 2013. While in law school, Ms. Shulman participated in Fordham’s Family Advocacy Clinic and served as a legal extern at both the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Shulman has been trained as a mediator through the Center for Understanding in Conflict. She has experience in mediation and litigation involving complex matrimonial and family law cases.
