Ms. Shulman received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and since her admission to the bar, has practiced exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law at Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein, LLP. Since joining the firm, Ms. Shulman has been trained in mediation, through the Center for Understanding in Conflict, and in Collaborative Law, through the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals. She serves as a Mediator on the New York County Supreme Court’s Roster of Matrimonial Mediators. Ms. Shulman’s practice includes resolution of complex matrimonial and family law cases as well as the negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Shulman has been selected as a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers since 2017. She is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
While in law school, Ms. Shulman participated in Fordham’s Family Advocacy Clinic and served as a legal extern at both the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
