Danielle Lamberg joined Berkman Bottger Newman & Rodd, LLP in 2017. Ms. Lamberg received her B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and her J.D from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In law school, Ms. Lamberg served as an Editorial Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society, participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and interned with the prestigious Innocence Project.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lamberg spent five years serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor in a general trial division, she developed extensive court room knowledge and experience, and independently litigated over fifteen trials from jury selection through verdict, in both Criminal and Supreme Court. In her role as Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Lamberg also frequently prosecuted domestic violence cases. In this capacity, she interviewed individuals regarding difficult marital issues, negotiated plea agreements in a complicated and emotional context, and regularly requested, enforced, and interpreted orders of protection.
